I’m researching the influence of the Magna Carta on the Universal human rights Declaration (1948). I need some help pointing out 3 specific rights that have been shaped by the concepts originally established in the “Great Charter” of 1215.

That everyone is subject to the law
that there is due process for everyone, no more arbitrary rulings
that there is no king or leader who is above the law
that everyone has rights
